Public website and booking terms for BOTD Historic Tours.

The BOTD site is provided for lawful browsing, booking, inquiry submission, and participation in Builders of the Desert programming. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, scrape protected data, or impersonate another person.

Launch public pricing is fixed. General Public tickets are $35, El Paso Resident tickets are $30, and Student or Educator tickets are $25 unless BOTD publicly updates those rates.

Public departures require minimum participation to run and may be capped by route. BOTD may cancel, reschedule, or refuse participation when required for safety, staffing, weather, or operational reasons.

Visitor cancellations made more than 72 hours before a tour receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours before a tour receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless BOTD cancels the departure.

If BOTD cancels a departure, BOTD may offer a reschedule or full refund.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your login credentials. BOTD may suspend or limit accounts used for abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.

Website content, route descriptions, graphics, and BOTD branding remain the property of BOTD or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated. Submission of oral history or archival material does not automatically transfer ownership to BOTD.
