By checking in, I acknowledge that BOTD Historic Tours (Builders of the Desert) provides guided walking tours for informational and educational purposes. I understand that walking tours involve physical activity on public sidewalks and streets in downtown El Paso. I agree to follow all guide instructions and accept responsibility for my own safety and the safety of those in my group. I release BOTD, its guides, and its volunteers from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the tour except in cases of gross negligence. I confirm that all participants in my booking are aware of and agree to these terms.
